To assure that you get the best service possible, please follow the procedures for notifying us of a support issue.

 

Phone Support
Call our main number -- 248-625-3456 and press 2 for Services.  Then select the option for the system you are calling about. The system will then put you in Queue for the first available Technical Support Engineer. Please do not leave support calls on Cellular Phones.

 

After Hours Support
If you call to notify us of a problem after our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm EST Monday – Friday, press 2 for service and either select emergency after hours service which will page the on-call Technician or next business day service and a technician will return your call on the next business day.

 

Online Support
Please do not use email to notify Parallax of an emergency support issue.  Emergency issues must be called in so that a technician will be notified.  If you are using e-mail for a non-emergency support issue, always cc. support@parallaxtechnologies.com so that you can get assistance even if the person you are sending it to is out of the office.

 

If you have an urgent request (i.e. system down) please call our office at 248-625-3456 or 800-929-2340 and press 2 for service.

 


 

From our web site -- Login to the Customer Portal and submit a new case.  The first available Support Engineer will respond to you within 24 hours.

Once you have logged into the Customer Portal, you will be able to log a NON-EMERGENCY service case, check the status of current open cases, view closed cases as well as search for solutions in order to trouble shoot on your own.
